Bouncy Parties Hire
Agreement
It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform users of our
equipment the following rules.
- Before making your booking please ensure that there is enough
space for the equipment. The Bouncy castles need an additional 4ft gap in
front of the castle (for easy access) and a 4ft gap behind the castle for the
blower. Also a 2ft additional gap is required on both sides.
- On
the day of the booking please ensure that there are no
obstructions/hazards including stones, overhanging tree branches,
sharp bushes, broken glass, animal excrement etc around the area.

Food & drink, hard toys, sharp items, face paint, silly string,
glasses, chewing gum etc must not be used on or near our equipment,
as must footwear (except socks).

Animals must be kept away from our equipment.
- Full payment and a
£50.00 refundable deposit is required at the beginning of the hire
period.
- A maximum of 6 children can use the Balloon Bouncer at one time.
A maximum of 6-8 children can use The Simpsons castle at one time. The
Ghost Castle can hold up to 10 children or 8 adults at one time. The
maximum number of users depends on the age and size of users.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times,
when on or around our equipment.

The Balloon Bouncer is suitable for children up to 11 years old, The Simpsons castle is suitable for children up to 12 years old and The
Ghost Castle is suitable for persons over 3 years.

Users and supervisors must NOT have a history of back or neck
problems
or be
under the influence of any prescribed or non-prescribed drugs when
on or around our equipment.
- Pregnant women must
also not the bouncy castles.
- Only children of similar
size should use the castle at the same time.

Users of the castle/s must not climb, sit or hang on the sides or
top of the bouncy castle/s. Users must also not play or sit on the
safety step of the castle.

Somersaults and rough play are strictly prohibited.

The safety pegs or sand bags that secure the castle to the ground
must always be secured to keep the castle stable.
- Continually ensure that power cable is not becoming a
tripping hazard.

The bouncy castle must not be used in extreme weather (i.e. high
winds = 24mph+, heavy rain etc.) In the event all electrical
equipment must be turned off from the mains, by a responsible adult.

The bouncy castle must NEVER be turned off when it’s occupied, in
the event of a power failure all users must leave the castle
immediately.
- If adults use Bouncy
Parties children's inflatable equipment, safety tests and repairs
from the hirers deposit will have to be taken to ensure that the
equipment is still safe to use.

The full deposit will not be returned if there is loss or damage to
our equipment caused by sabotage, negligence, or by not following
the Terms of Hire guidelines properly. Additional payment may be
required if the deposit does not cover the full cost.
- When using the Garden
Games users must wear socks or be bare foot. Shoes are not permitted
on the Garden Games.

Please note that all persons using this inflatable do so at their own
risk. The person/organization hiring the equipment will be
responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a
result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of
all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of
the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Bouncy Parties cannot accept
any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
